摘要:本文主要研究SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的性能,通过设计不同配比的SBS/胶粉配方,以及控制实验条件来研究改性沥青的软化点、粘度、延度、针入度以及储存稳定性的变化。复合改性沥青的软化点增大,高温稳定性能增加;复合改性沥青的粘度减小,即改性沥青的弹性恢复性能变差;复合改性沥青的延度增加,即复合改性沥青的塑性变好;复合改性沥青的储存稳定性较差,应制备出后立即使用,不宜长期放置。SBS/废橡胶粉复合改性沥青既降低了成本,又能合理利用废胶粉,从而起到经济环保的作用。因此在实际生产过程中,可以推广使用SBS/废橡胶粉复合改性沥青。29434

Study on the properties of SBS/ rubber modified asphalt
Abstract: In this paper, properties of SBS and rubber modified asphalt were studied through the design of different ratio of SBS and rubber formula, as well as the control of experimental conditions. Change of asphalt softening point, viscosity, extension, penetration and storage stability were investigated. Composite modified asphalt softening point increases, increase the high temperature stability; composite modified asphalt viscosity decreases, that is to change the asphalt elastic recovery properties; composite modified asphalt ductility increased, namely composite modified asphalt good plasticity, while the composite modified asphalt storage stability is poor. Asphalt should be used immediately after prepared, and cannot be stored for a long time. SBS / waste rubber composite modified asphalt both reduced the cost, and reasonable utilization of waste rubber powder was utilized reasonable. Therefore, it can be popularized to use SBS/ crumb rubber powder modified asphalt in the actual production process.
