摘要：随着电脑的大量普及和互联网技术的飞速发展，人们通过网络进行购物消费也似乎司空见惯。网购以其交易费用低、资金周转快、流通效率高、销售范围广、消费者购买方便等特点成为消费者所喜爱的一种购物形式。但是，凡事有利也有弊，随着侵犯消费者安全权事件的频繁上演，消费者选择网络购物的同时又该如何保护自己的合法权益及人身安全权不受侵犯？笔者从网购安全问题的产生背景开始谈起，主要讨论侵犯网购消费者的主体，出现这一现象的原因。借鉴国外的一些的立法研究，提出适合中国国情的对策及笔者的一些个人观点。22367

Abstract: Along with the popularization of computer and the rapid development of Internet technology, people through the network shopping consumer also seems to be commonplace. Online shopping for its low transaction cost, capital turnover is fast, circulation of high efficiency, wide range of sales, consumers purchase is convenient wait for a characteristic become the favourite in consumers a form of shopping. But, everything has both advantages and disadvantages, as the infringement of right of consumer safety events frequently, consumers choose online shopping at the same time how to protect their legitimate rights and interests and personal security rights shall not be infringed upon? The author from the background started talking about the online security, mainly discuss the main body of infringement of online consumers, the reasons for this phenomenon. Some draw lessons from foreign legislative research, and puts forward some suitable countermeasures for China and the author's personal view

前言
随着科技的不断创新，网络购物倾向大众化，在消费者人身安全得不到保障的现在，怎样弥补不足才能保证网络购物持续、快速发展，这是一个值得思考的问题。
一、目前威胁网购安全的案例概况
（一） 圆通杭州分公司快递包裹发生爆炸
2011年8月14日18时许，浙江省杭州市市中心区域的刀茅巷一快递公司邮包发生爆炸事件，造成两人受伤。据了解，发生爆炸的快递公司为上海圆通物流有限公司杭州建国中路分公司，位于一幢居民楼一楼。现场目击者称，爆炸发生在18时多一点，当时快递公司正在进行邮包分拣，突然快递公司内发出巨响，并冒出很浓的白烟，公司内有两人被炸伤。 论网络购物消费者安全权的保护:http://www.youerw.com/faxue/lunwen_14974.html
