我国流动摊贩管理的法治化思考

摘要在我国的城市管理进程中，流动摊贩管理的法治化规范化越来越被重视，目前我国流动摊贩管理中存在多种法律问题。本文在实践研究的基础上，结合学界已有研究成果，就此对执法主体和管理对象分别提出：建立统一的指导意见指导各地政府编制协管人员的选拔办法；细化监督机制中的监督途径和方式；细化规定违法管理摊贩的处罚条款；政府出面设立流动摊贩经营市场，建立流动摊贩市场准入准出制度，标准化管理摊贩经营活动等内容。88718
