摘 要：“三权分置”制度是国家在当前形势下急促出台的一项政策，本文写作 的目标是为了找出设定三权分置可能会出现的问题并且提出解决的方法，在此目 标下，本文先分析了三权分置中三项权利的权利内容与他们之间的关系，再分析 三权分置制度对当今社会的作用通过分析该制度起到的作用而找出它的问题所 在并如何防范，最后得出三权分置制度是中国的特色土地制度，沿用过去的土地 制度，根据当代的现实情况出台的土地政策，因为配套法规的不完善而导致问题 的出现，这些问题只有通过修改或者增加法条，宣传法律知识才可以解决。 93243
