夫妻的财产关系是夫妻关系中备受关注的一个内容，而夫妻财产制度又是其中非常重要的组成部分，是一个法律制度上的约束，是现代家庭财产制度的关键性内容，是关于夫妻婚前和婚后财产的归属，管理，使用，收益，处分以及债务的清偿。我国的夫妻财产的立法和改革是在婚姻家庭法的基础上建立起来的，而我国的婚姻家庭法又是在苏联的基础上建立的，然后在1950年、1980年和2001年进行了三次立法上的改革，促进其更好地完整。现在，我国的婚姻法修正案在和夫妻财产制度相关的内容上有了比较大的突破和进步，特别在一些法定的制度和内容上进行了完整，根据实际情况增设了关于个人特定财产制度的内容，使得制度得到了补充和完善。但是从当前的社会现实中我们可以发现，我国在关于夫妻财产制立法上是没有能够满足社会发展需求的，特别是在经济不断发展的背景之下，夫妻之间财产无论从数量上来说还是从种类上来说都出现了非常大的变化，财产的形式也越来越多样化。在这样的情况下，人们对于夫妻财产的看法也会发生非常大的改变，再加上法定财产制度出现了一定的局限性，所约定的财产的制度在这种话和灵活性方面受到了一定的制约。 论当代夫妻财产制的发展趋势及我国夫妻财产制的完善:http://www.youerw.com/faxue/lunwen_202524.html
