BIM的综合楼工程商务标编制+CAD图纸

摘要我国是个建筑业大国，近年来，随着经济的发展，人们的生活质量的提高，对建筑物的功能、外观及舒适度的要求也在提高，所建的建筑物造型越来越独特、体积越来越大，其造价工作量也越来越大。越来越多的造价师也在使用算量和计价软件，取代传统的手工计算，使得造价工作的效率和正确率有很大提升。84967

2003年后，我国建筑业开始使用清单计价，给造价行业带来了极大方便，本次毕业设计采用的也是清单计价方式。

本次毕业设计依据大学南校区综合楼的图纸，根据《工程量清单项目计量规范(2013-北京)》和《北京市建设工程预算定额(2012)》，查询《11G101》等图集，使用广联达钢筋算量软件、广联达土建算量软件和广联达计价软件，编制了江苏科技大学南校区综合楼的商务标。

清单计价方式在造价过程中发挥了“公平、公正、公开”的优势，有助于建立秩序良好的建设市场。BIM技术是建筑业的，是建筑业发展的方向。

Abstract Our country is a nation of construction industry, in recent years , people's quality of life get improvement with the development of economy 。 The requirements of the function, appearance and comfort in structures are improved, the shape of structures is more and more unique and huge, the amount of work gets increased。 More and more cost engineers are using calculation software and pricing software, instead of traditional manual calculation, the efficiency and accuracy rate of the work get increased。

After 2003, construction of our country started use list valuation, the cost of the industry gets great convenience, I use list valuation methods in my graduation design。

The graduation design is on the basis of the blueprints of JiangSu University of Science and Technology, according to <the bill of quantities project measurement specification (2013) in Beijing> and <the Beijing municipal construction engineering budget ration (2012)>, querying the 11G101 atlas, using GGJ、GCL and GBQ to calculate the amount, compiled the business bid of teaching building in JiangSu University of Science and Technology。

List valuation takes advantages of “fair, impartial, and public” in the good construction market to help build order。 BIM technology is the revolution of the construction, it is the developing direction of the construction industry。
