摘要本设计主要方向在于工程造价电算化和建筑信息模型（BIM）应用，工程原图纸 为镇江市某住宅小区其中 8#，结构类型为框架结构。通过事先对图纸的熟悉并查阅、 收集、整理和本工程相关的资料比如：建筑工程工程量清单计价规范 GB50500-2008。 规范章程、图集等基本掌握本工程的状况，依据辽宁省 08 版的计价规范（软件限制 江苏清单定额无法获取）按照土石方工程、地基基础工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及钢筋 混凝土工程、屋面及防水工程、保温、隔热工程的顺序对建筑部分工程量进行计算， 按照楼地面工程、墙、柱面工程、门窗工程、油漆涂料工程的顺序对装饰部分的工程 量进行计算，最后套 08 版辽宁省建筑与装饰工程计价表得出综合单价，以此为基础得出分部分项工程量的合家，并参考 08 版辽宁省定额计算出措施项目费与其他项目 费，最后得出该工程的总造价。输出总造价及工程相关信息应用 BIM 相关软件进行 工程分析。84966
