摘要电大教学楼为5层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，教学楼总建筑面积为5200m²，建筑高度18.3m（从室外地坪到屋面檐口）。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50 年；建筑物等耐火等级为二级；建筑抗震设防类别为丙类；地基基础设计等级为乙级。该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸主要为9m×7.2m、9m×4.2m，总长度为64.4m，总宽度为21 m，占地面积为1054平方米左右。梁、柱构件通过节点连接形成骨架结构，由梁、柱承受竖向和水平荷载，剪力墙承受水平荷载，中间隔墙仅起文护作用。底层层高为3.9m，各标准层的层高为3.6m，楼梯的踏步数取12个，每层的楼梯的踏步高为150mm，踏步宽为280mm。楼梯的梯段宽为1.80m，可以同时三人行走，中间休息平台宽为2.0m，扶手的高度为0.9m，宽度为60mm。内部功能主要满足教学，办公。一层、二层主要为会议室、教室，三层为教室，办公室。该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用桩基。在立面设计中，主要强调建筑的简洁、朴实和亲和的特点，建筑形体采用正方形造型，不追求复杂的装饰。考虑到教学楼对消防、管理、使用，交通设施等诸多多方面的综合要求，在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作了适当的考虑。该建筑选择了良好的朝向和自然通风，保持室内有良好的空气质量。35496
