摘要我国加入世界贸易组织后，为了让我国的企业更快的与世界接轨，就必须建立适应市场的计价方法，从而提高企业在国际上的竞争力。这也是我国加入世界贸易组织后应该具备的条件。
本文首先对工程量清单计价的相关理论进行研究，结合国内外现状，总结归纳出对工程量清单，工程量清单计价等相关的概念理解。在此基础上，进行对工程量清单计价模式下的招投标进行学习，研究该模式下招投标的作用与意义，详细的投标报价策略的选择，技巧的运用等。50901
得出以下结论：（1）推行工程量清单计价模式的招投标，是我国市场经济改革发展的要求，也是与国际接轨的必然趋势。（2）采用工程量清单计价，不仅真实地反映出各投标企业的施工、管理和技术水平，而且有利于促使工程建设建立在守法、规范、科学、公开、公平、公正的原则之上。（3）工程量清单是招标文件不可分割的一部分，是投标人进行报价的依据。（4）建筑市场中，施工企业的投标报价是其今后的生存和发展的重要环节，体现了一个企业的管理水平，市场应变能力等。

Abstract After China's accession to WTO, Chinese enterprises to make faster with the world, we must build to adapt to market valuation methods, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness. It is also China's accession to the World Trade Organization should have the condition.
This article first bill of quantities related to the theory of research, combined with domestic and international situation, summarized the right BOQ, Bill of Quantities and other related concepts to understand. On this basis, the bill of quantities for the project bidding mode to learn, to study the mode of the role and significance of bidding, detailed bidding strategy choice, the use of such techniques.
The following conclusions:(1) implementation of BOQ bidding pricing model is the reform and development of China's market economy requirements, but also with the international trend.(2) using the Bill of Quantities, not a true reflection of the bidding companies for the construction, management and technology, but also help promote the construction based on the law, norms, science, open, fair and just principles above.(3)BOQ is an integral part of the tender documents, bidders offer is based.(4)construction market, construction companies tender offer is its future survival and development of an important part, reflects an enterprise management level, market adaptability and so on.

1.1 研究背景
我国加入世界贸易组织后，为了让我国的企业更快的与世界接轨，就必须建立适应市场的计价方法，从而提高企业在国际上的竞争力。这也是我国加入世界贸易组织后应该具备的条件。
