摘要： 随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，商场购物消费已经成为大众生活不可缺少的一环节，配套的商业用房呈现供不应求的趋势。商业用房结构复杂，功能多样化，对施工技术的要求相对较高。因此要紧紧抓住质量、进度、成本控制这三个基本要素，建立相应的组织管理机构，制定完整的进度计划必不可少。本设计以苏州市吴中区庄马路商业用房工程为例根据实际情况，从项目管理者的角度，对该工程施工方案做了详细设计。53430

Abstract: With the development of our national economy, people's living standards improve, shopping consumption has become an indispensable part of public life, the trend in short supply with real present supporting business. With the real structure of the commercial complex, functional persification, the construction technology requirements are relatively high. Therefore, to grasp the three basic elements of quality, schedule, cost control, establish the organization of management organization, formulate complete schedule essential. The design is based on Suzhou Wuzhong District Zhuang Road commercial housing project as an example, according to the actual situation, from the project manager's point of view, the construction scheme of the project to do a detailed design.

1  设计选题说明

1.1  选题原因说明

由于我的专业就是房地产开发与管理，在校期间对工程施工有一定的了解，在平时学习期间就对施工比较感兴趣，也比较爱看有关施工技术的书籍，一心打算在毕业后去工程上面发展。因此本人对施工组织设计这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在工程的施工现场实习，能接触到相关的施工技术和知识，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
