摘 要：本次毕业设计做的是如意花苑三组团10#楼土建、安装施工组织设计。该工程框架剪力墙结构地上11层，地下一层，总建筑面积为4286.36平方米，设计合理使用期限70年，7度设防。施工组织设计可分为总体概述，施工现场平面布置和临时设施、临时道路布置，施工进度计划和各阶段进度的保证措施，各分部分项工程的完整施工方案及质量保证措施，安全文明施工及环境保护措施，劳动力、机械设备和材料投入计划，关键施工技术。工艺及工程项目实施的重点、难点和解决方案，夏冬雨季施工、已有设施、管线加固、保护等特殊情况下的施工措施，新技术、新产品、新工艺、新材料应用。53960

Abstract: This graduation project is the construction organization design about the police academy dormitory building’s civil engineering (including the occupancy of the security services business) and installation.For this engineering ,the frame structure is eleven ,including a basement ,the building area is 4286.36㎡, the reasonable usage period limit for 70 years and the intensity of an earthquake resistance is 7.This construction organization design can be pided into 10 parts ,including overview, construction site layout plan and the arrangement of temporary facilities、temporary road, the construction schedule and the assurance measures for each stage,the whole construction scheme and quailty-ensuring measures of each work item,safe and civilied construction and environmental protection measures, the contributory plan of labor force、mechanical equipment and material,cririal construction technology.the important and difficult points and solutions of the implemetal of technology and engineering projects,the construction measures under the special situations including constucting during summer，witer or rainy seasons、existing facilities、pipeline reinforcement and protection, the application of new technology、new product、new craft and new material.

1.1 选题原因说明
