摘 要：本设计首先对施工组织方案文件的组成、编制的依据作个简单的介绍，接着编制出符合现场施工技术和施工经验的各项技术方案，其中施工组织设计包括施工工期、施工现场平面布置图和人材机调配情况等。54136
该设计文件的编制是以一栋高层商住楼的施工合同以及施工设计图纸，国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求，提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业，合理安排施工顺序和施工计划，确保施工进度。
由于工期紧工程量较大，全面调度公司的人、财、物，积极推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备，严格按照ISO9002质量体系运行。贯彻施工技术规范、操作规程，实施全面质量管理。精心组织，科学管理，确保实现各项承诺目标。
