Abstract：According to the basic functions of the media center,comprehensiving environment,function, structure design, construction, architectural art and other considerations, to complete the function layout of the building within the area, complete the reasonable arrangements for the use of space; according to the building internal and external artistic effect, complete elevation and profile design of the building; and complete the main details mode of construction.
