摘要：随着社会的发展，现代高层建筑的定位开始逐渐变的多元化，人们对于办公环境的各种不同需求也接踵而至。本次论文通过研究人群需求，抓住方案痛点来分析该办公商业综合体在昆山区域运营的可行性。对于福建商办公建筑来说无论是从立面还是内部环境所带来的感官等体验都需要满足人们的生活及办公方式。建筑师们应当通过分析周边基地现状抓住客群来源来逐一设计不同类空间用以满足人们的需求，达到建筑功能效率的最大化。其中最核心的点便是“人性化”设计，以人为中心，合理布局，充分考虑人们地空间的使用性和心理需求。设计应当研究范围包括人群来源及需求研究，特殊闽商人群习惯及企业对外展示职能等等。这些都将是建筑师们要考虑的方面，成为是否能成功的要点。 80600

Abstract:With the development of the society, the positioning of the modern high-rise building gradually become persified, people demand for office environment of various also follow。In this paper by studying the crowd demand, seize the scheme pain points to analyze the feasibility of the commercial complex in kunshan area operation。For fujian commercial office buildings, both from the facade and interior environment brought about by the sensory experience all need to satisfy the life of people and office。Architects should according to the analysis of current around the base source to seize the customers one by one, design is not the same space in order to meet people's needs, to maximize the efficiency of the building function。One of the most core point is the \"humanized design\", people-centered, rational layout, taking into full consideration the usability and psychological needs of people in space。Design should research scope including population source and demand research, special habits min merchant group and enterprise external display function and so on。These will be architects to consider, whether can be successful。
