本次设计从广联达一号办公楼工程 BIM 建模的角度出发，首先介绍了一号办公楼工程设计说明情况，然后阐述了所需软件（广联达BIM土建算量软件GCL）的基本情况，根据图纸信息应用广联达BIM土建算量软件建立工程模型，最后导出工程量清单。通过与手工算量对比，体会BIM 软件在工程造价方面的快捷性、高效性、准确性。BIM软件在建筑行业里起着巨大的作用，在可视化的情况下能够更加容易进行项目控制，从而提高项目安全性和效率性、降低项目的成本。82303
