摘要:虽然人力资源管理在我国还有很大的发展前景和发展空间,但是目前我国没有形成一套完整的人力资源管理体系,尤其在员工培训与开发方面仍旧存在着诸多问题。我国作为中小企业大国,中小企业面临的问题具有多样性,开展培训活动困难重重,大多企业缺乏正确的培训观念和系统的培训体制。竞争的根本就是人才之间的竞争,而人力资源的重要组成部分则是员工培训,当员工的综合素质满足不了实际的工作要求时,进行员工培训对于企业来至关重要。本文结合中小企业的特点分析中小企业在员工培训方面的现状、问题以及成因,并提出中小企业培训问题的解决方案。84829
