沃尔玛超市薪酬管理研究

摘要随着社会zhuyi市场经济发展的脚步愈来愈快,我国企业面临着相当严峻的形势,人们逐渐意识到薪酬管理体系的重要性。本文以A沃尔玛超市为例,通过对其薪酬管理体系的现状的分析,以及通过网上“问卷星”的方式对100名员工进行调查,了解到A沃尔玛超市薪酬管理方面存在的主要问题有:对于职位工资形式的过分依赖;利润分享计划和员工购股计划对于员工工资并没有实质性的增加;缺乏健全的绩效报酬制度;福利的低回报性等,并针对这些存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,包括设计科学健全的绩效薪酬考核体系;优化薪酬结构;建立有利于发挥员工积极性的激励机制;对员工福利进行规划和有效管理等薪酬管理策略,使A沃尔玛超市的薪酬管理体系趋于科学化、合理化和规范化,引导员工自觉的提高从业素质,提高工作效率,激发员工工作积极性和主动性,吸引和培养核心人才,从而实现企业战略目标,增加企业的竞争优势。86247

Research on Compensation Management of Large Supermarket 

         —A Case Study of A Wal-Mart Supermarket 

Abstract With the faster pace of economic development of socialist market, Chinese enterprises are faced with a very grim situation, and people gradually realize the importance of salary management system。 Taking A Wal-Mart supermarket as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of salary management system, and makes a survey of 100 employees by means of a questionnaire on the Internet to conclude the main problems exciting in the compensation management of A Wal-Mart supermarket: excessive reliance on the form of salary; no substantial increase in profit sharing plan and employee stock purchase plan for staff wages; lack of a sound performance reward system; low-returns of benefits etc。 Based on above problems, this paper puts forward corresponding solution including designing a scientific and sound performance evaluation system; optimizing the salary structure; establishing incentive mechanism to play the enthusiasm of employees; planning and effective managing compensation management strategies for the of employee benefits,  making compensation management system of A Wal-Mart supermarket tends to be more scientific, rational and standardized, guiding employees to improve the quality of consciousness, improving work efficiency, stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff, and attracting and cultivating the core talents。 As a result, the strategic objectives of enterprises will be achieved, and the competitive advantage of enterprises will increase。
