摘要科技资源是科技创新的重要组成部分，而科技创新是国家发展的驱动，因此大力发展科技资源服务平台的建设是促进国家发展、民族进步的重要途径。本文在技术创新理论、公共服务理论等理论的基础上，根据平台的共性特点总结出平台的主要构成部分及应用功能。然后根据对不同科技资源服务平台建设成功经验研究中，总结出一套可行性的平台运行模式，为平台可持续性发展提供了帮助。最后针对江苏的实例进行研究，总结出江苏在科技资源服务平台的建设方面的态度和措施，对平台建设过程中的问题进行总结并提出有效解决方案。86354

Research on the construction of Jiangsu science and technology resource service platform
