摘要互联网的快速发展和企业对创新需求的日益强烈，使众包创新越来越受到关注。然而国内外众多众包平台良莠不齐、各有千秋，什么样的众包平台才是好的，一个良好的众包创新平台应该具备哪些素质是需要考虑的问题。而前人对众包创新平台的研究大多集中在某个瓶颈问题上，例如欺诈问题、激励问题以及匹配问题等，对众包创新平台运行策略进行系统综合研究的工作较少。

本文结合前人对众包创新的研究，对众包创新平台的含义及本文的研究方向和内容进行界定。并基于实现众包的三大过程，从吸引客户到解决问题，最终实现盈利这三个维度对第三方平台和自建平台两大类众包创新平台的运行策略进行比较分析，最后提出较为优化的众包创新平台的运行策略。86537

Operation strategy of crowdsourcing innovation platform and Cases analysis

Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet and the growing need of innovation from enterprises, the crowdsourcing innovation is attracting more attention。 While crowdsourcing platforms at home and abroad are of varying quality and each of them has its own merit, then what a good crowdsourcing should be like, it’s a question worth thinking。 Whereas most of previous research is focused on some bottleneck problems of crowdsourcing such as cheating problem, incentive mechanism and matching mechanism, and lacking integrated study。

This paper figures out the implication of crowdsourcing and defines the direction and context of the study based on previous research。 And in view of their major processes of implementing a crowdsourcing which are attracting customers, solving problems and making a profit, this paper compares and analyses the third-party platform and the self-established platform these two types of crowdsourcing based on the three dimensions mentioned above。 At last, this paper proposes an optimized operation strategy of crowdsourcing。
