摘要高层管理是企业管理的制高点，在信息安全管理中，高管支持是个极其重要的影响因素。本文基于相关文献，根据高管支持的客体或行为活动的不同将高管支持认定为资源支持、愿景宣传、变革支持、积极参与、鼓励创新、奖励诱因、环境建设。将信息安全管理有效性描述为保密性、完整性、可用性。运用信息安全管理体系的计划—实施—检查—改进(Plan-Do-Check-Acting，PDCA)模型作为中介将高管支持与信息安全管理有效性有机的串联起来，高管支持的要素作用于PDCA模型的运行，PDCA模型的运行作用于信息安全管理，影响信息安全管理的有效性。运用层次分析法对高管支持的要素在信息安全管理有效性的影响进行研究，研究结果显示：高管支持中的资源支持对信息安全管理有效性的影响最大。86733
