摘要: 首先,关于课题的中心是员工业绩管理,这个课题主要是研究员工的业绩如何管理,员工业绩的管理方法十分重要,是影响企业绩效的主要因素之一,因此,员工的业绩管理必须要将理论和实践有效结合。由于企业的行业性质不同,不同的行业会有相应的业绩管理方式,因此需要针对不同的企业或行业需求,以一些企业管理学,员工绩效管理理论为依据,通过分析不同的模型和比较实践的结果,来确定一个最终合理可靠的业绩管理框架,在本课题中,我将南讯公司作为一个综合性的企业代表,针对不同的部门设置了多层次的业绩计算方式,然后再以此选择合适的程序设计语言,将框架设计成为一个切实可行的完整的企业员工业绩管理系统,进行企业员工业绩的有效管理,是本课题的中心内容。81455

The development of NanXun company’s employee performance management system
Abstract: First of all, the center of the subject is - employee performance management, which principally studies how the enterprise manage employee's performance。 Employee performance management is very important as well it is one of the main factors affecting enterprise performance, therefore, the employee's performance management must be to effectively combine theory and practice。 Due to different enterprise has different nature of the industry and different industry has its own corresponding way of performance management。 We should analyze different enterprise and industry demand based on some business enterprise management theory, the analysis of the difference of various models and the comparing of the practice。 Then we can finally determine a reasonable and reliable performance management framework。 In this topic, I will dispatch of NanXun enterprise as the representative of a comprehensive enterprise and set up a multi-level performance calculation according to different department。 After that, I can choose the appropriate program design language to design a viable and complete enterprise employee performance management system which can manage the performance of employees effectively。 The above is the center of the topic。
