摘要：随着社会zhuyi市场经济的发展和高校制度的改革，越来越多的残疾学生得以进入大学深造。一方面在校残疾大学生数量越来越庞大，得到的关注越来越多，另一方面其就业问题也成为一个社会问题亟待解决。进入大学的残疾学生如何适应新环境，如何处理学习与生活中的各种突发状况，残疾大学生如何在本就严峻的就业形式下脱颖而出，发挥自己的特长，找到合适的工作，实现自己的个人价值和社会价值，这些都是我们需要考虑的问题。本课题主要从残疾学生进入大学后心理发生的变化、人际关系、遇到的困难以及就业选择问题等方面进行实证调研，力求分析相关因素之间的关系，寻求影响残疾大学生的就业选择因素，并根据问题产生的原因提出一些可行性建议和对策。81456

A Study on the Role Adaptation and Career Choice of College Students with Disabilities
