摘要伴随着社会变革的深入,公立医院临床医生的薪酬问题成了目前亟待解决的重要问题。偏低的临床医生薪酬水平无法充分体现其工作的价值和贡献，这导致了临床医生行业人才的流失，并间接带来医疗行业收费扭曲等社会问题。本研究主要采用了文献研究法、问卷调查法、经验总结法等研究方法，结合薪酬激励与管理理论，对华亭县第一人民医院临床医生薪酬体系进行分析，并针对存在的问题，提出华亭县第一人民医院临床医生薪酬体系的优化建议，促进薪酬体系实现对内公平性和对外竞争性，从而提高该医院医疗服务能力和竞争力。 86814

The Research on the Optimization of the Salary System of the Clinicians at the Renmin Hospital in Huating County

Abstract Along with the deepening of social change, the clinicians’ salary in public hospitals has become the important problem that needed to be solved。 The lower salary of clinician in public hospitals could not reflect their value and contribution, which has contributed to the brain drain of clinicians industry, has caused the irrationality of medical charges。 This research, which analysis the salary system of clinicians of the Renmin Hospital in Huating county, adopts many methods including literature review, questionnaire survey, and summarize the experience as well as combining the theory of incentive Compensation and Management, and, aiming at the existing problems, the purpose of this article is to proposes some recommendations to optimize the clinicians’ salary system of the Renmin Hospital in Huating County。 It will be a great help to promoting the realization of internal equity and external competitiveness of the salary system, and thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital。
