摘要对于处于经济全球化的时代背景下的现代企业来说,企业的工作内容不仅更加丰富,也愈加与技术知识挂钩;企业的结构框架也不再那么明确,而是趋于多样的形式与多种的方面。当企业面对或突出或隐蔽的变化和发展,企业的管理模式也要面对着许多同样的变化或挑战,其固有的不足同时也逐渐显现出来并且随着企业的发展而更加难以解决。因此,需要对现有的管理体系进行新的开发或者新的发展。而新的发展中,企业需要树立发展的观念,将企业的人力资源管理建立在以胜任力模型为基础的企业管理体系上,从不同的方面思考企业的综合能力,尤其是企业的核心能力。相对于过去的人力资源管理活动,联系了胜任力理论的人力资源管理改变了原本的管理模式,对其进行了改进,因此能够更快速地接受管理工作过程中的各种变化,也能够更好地为企业的管理工作进行服务。86821
本文主要叙述了胜任力的相关概念以及胜任力模型的基本发展历程,并以光明公司的基层管理者的胜任力模型在光明公司的应用以及其他的方面为主,对胜任力模型在企业发展进步中的作用做了比较深入的了解。

Study of The Competency Model Designed for The Grass-roots Management in Guangming
