摘要本文核心就是通过缩短运输距离和减少运输次数这两个方面对该企业内部物流进行改善。首先介绍了企业内部物流管理的背景和国内外相关研究现状，然后根据查找的国内外有关的资料和文献，确立了研究的方法和思路，以及了解到了一些相关知识和多种方法，为改善方案的设计方法奠定了理论基础。其次根据对晶晶玻璃有限公司的实地调研，并与公司有关人员的交流沟通，利用5W1H提问法对玻璃深加工生产流水线进行了详细的研究，并整理和总结了一些问题和成因。最后利用ECRS原则和动作经济原则对生产流水线存在的问题进行了改善方案的设计。 86849

An enterprise internal logistics analysis and improvement

ABSTRCT     In the article, I improve the enterprise internal logistics through two aspects of the shorten the transportation distance and reduce the frequency。 This article first  introduces  the background of the enterprise internal logistics management and related data, Then by looking at the domestic and foreign related literature data, which established the research ideas and method， and I understand lots of  knowledge and awareness of a variety of methods, which  good to improve the scheme design method has laid a theoretical basis。 Secondly I base on field investigation and research of Jing Jing glass company, I communicate with related personnel in the company, using the method of 5W1H questions for glass processing production line has carried on the detailed research, and collates and summarizes some problems and causes。 Finally I use ECRS principle in the problem of the production line to improve the scheme design。
