摘要：公私协作关系（PPP）是基础设施项目的一个融资模式。PPP模式在基础设施建设中有较好的应用，但中国在这方面的研究仍然很少，本文主要研究中国基础设施PPP模式的发展和趋势，并提出一定的建议。本文采取理论研究法和数据图表研究法相结合的论文研究方法针对公私协作融资模式在基础设施领域的发展前景、运营过程中将会遇到的风险及对策进行探讨。本文先对PPP进行了简要论述，包括概念、优势及运营过程。然后是分析了PPP模式的未来发展及风险，并详细描述了PPP模式的风险对策。接着就是通过案例分析参与PPP模式的方法路径，最后得出结论。我相信随着社会的发展，PPP模式也定将同人类小孩一样，茁壮成长为能独当一面的“成年人”，为社会的发展贡献自己的一份力量。20234

The development of infrastructure public-private partnership (PPP) research
Abstract：Public-private partnerships (PPP) is a infrastructure project financing mode.PPP model has better application in the construction of infrastructure, but China is still little research in this field, this paper mainly studies the development of China's infrastructure PPP mode and trends, and puts forward some Suggestions. The article adopts the method of theory study and the data charts study of thesis research methods for public-private partnerships financing model development prospects in the field of infrastructure, operation process will encounter risks and countermeasures are discussed. This article first to the PPP was described briefly, including the concept, advantages, and operating process. Then is to analyze the risk of PPP mode and the future development, and describes in detail the PPP mode risk countermeasures. Then there is path by using the method of case analysis in the PPP mode, finally come to the conclusion. I believe that with the development of the society, the PPP mode also will be the same as human children, thrive to acquire the "adults", for the development of the society to contribute an own strength.
