摘 要公共旅游资源是一个景区的亮点，也是我国旅游业的发展基础。伴随着旅游业的不断成长，其经济价值更加突显，开发公共旅游资源成为社会关注的热点。然则公共旅游资源作为人类生存的环境或文化遗址，还存在很大的非经济价值，在开发的同时必须严格的保护，使其获得可持续发展。按照资源的特性,考虑到我国的经济发展以及凤凰公共旅游资源管理情况,本文便以凤凰古城为代表,以公共旅游资源为研究的主要对象。运用产权理论，公品理论进行分析，探讨了凤凰公共旅游资源的现状及管理过程中出现的一些问题，提出了研究方向。参照国内外成功的案例,分析了它们的管理模式。为凤凰景区资源的运作提出一些对策建议。86888

The ancient city of Feng Huang Public Tourism Resources Management Situation and Countermeasure

Abstract Public tourism resource is a highlight of scenic spots and it is also the development foundation of our nation’s tourism。 With the development of tourism, the economic value is increasingly prominent, so that exploiting the public tourism is becoming a hot topic in society。 However, public tourism resource, as a kind of living environment or ancient cultural relic, still has non-economic value, which means that when it is exploited, it must be seriously protected for the cause of sustainable development。According to the features of resource and considered the economic development of our country and the management conditions of public tourism resource in Feng Huang, this study takes Feng Huang as an example and takes public tourism resource as the study object。 Using the equity theory and public product theory, this study analyzes the current condition of public tourism resource in Feng Huang and some appearing problems in management, and then points out the research direction。 Compared with some success examples domestic and overseas, this study analyzes their management modes。 Some suggestions in the aspect of resource operation in Feng Huang area are given in this study。

凤凰古城公共旅游资源管理现状及对策研究

0 引言

按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》，历史文化古城指的是“保存的有大量的文物，并且具有重大历史纪念价值和划时代意义的城市。[1]”这些价值不菲的古城完好的保存下来，让人们对古城的过往产生了无限的遐想。我国的历史文化名城在数目上非常可观，在全球排行榜上也是靠前的。由于我国历史上战争频繁，加上现代化的破坏，导致我国很多有名的古城都遭到不同程度的破坏。到目前为止能够完整保留下来的历史文化名城已经不多了，有的根本就看不出以前的古韵元素，城中的文化保护区和文物已经不复存在，能够像凤凰古城这样保存较好的古代城镇已经为数不多了。 凤凰古城公共旅游资源管理现状及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_119516.html
