摘要2010年是中国的“微博元年”，一年后，政务微博如雨后春笋般大量兴起，所以这一年也被国人称为“政务微博元年”。李克强在2015年全国两会上的工作报告中第一次提出“互联网+”规划。随着创新2。0时代的不断演进，“互联网＋政务微博”呈现出一种欣欣向荣之势。政务微博作为社会化媒体的类型之一，在经历了新闻门户、BBS论坛、政府网站等舆论载体的发展后，政务微博以其特殊优势在创新电子政务管理方式、拓宽政务信息公开渠道、提升民主监督水平、展示政府形象方面作出贡献。党的十八大报告中指出，要创新社会管理体制，这就要求政务微博不断提升自己，紧跟时代步伐。政府部门通过微博向群众实时发布政府最新政务信息，增强政务透明性；汇集民智、增加官民互动，提高行政效率；加强民主决策、监督。当下中国正处于全面深化改革的关键时期，随之而来的新问题不断出现，政务微博的发展过程也出现了不少问题，政府等有关部门及其工作人员常常被推至舆论的浪尖，被民众所质疑。政务微博的正常运行事关和谐社会的建设，政府部门及其工作人员应保持政务微博的良性、健康发展。由于政务微博起步较晚，学界对其研究还未深入，研究方向也主要以传播学为主，公共管理领域研究成果有限。本文以“清风漯河”政务平台为例，对其运作成效和出现的问题进行探究，并以其运行现状以及问题原因分析为基础,以政治沟通理论为指导,对“清风漯河”运作成效进行思考，提出改进该政务平台建设的对策。87626
