摘 要 建筑业长期以来在世界各国都是高危险的行业，伤亡事故的发生率一直位于各行业的前列。建筑施工过程中存在许多不安全因素，其中人的不安全行为是造成事故发生的最直接的原因，且建筑施工人员的不安全行为在施工现场普遍存在，致使事故频发，所以迫切需要采取措施来控制工人不安全行为的产生以改善建筑业的安全现状。本文总结了不安全行为研究的现状，不安全行为的概念、分类、特点及不安全行为涉及的相关理论；对建筑施工人员存在的不安全行为进行了辨识，分级，并提出了防范措施；分析了影响建筑施工人员产生不安全行为的各种因素：生理因素、心理因素、工程施工现场管理、个人资历、环境因素和安全激励；建立了建筑施工人员不安全行为评价体系，通过安全评价，最后研究出相应的措施和对策，提升建筑施工单位的安全管理水平，文护广大施工人员的人身安全。22628

the Analysis of Construction workers’ Unsafe Behavior and Countermeasure Research
Abstract: Construction industry in all countries in the world is a high risk industry for a long time, and the incidence of injuries have been located in the forefront of the industry. There are many unsafe factors in the process of construction. People's unsafe behavior is the most direct cause of the accident and it’s common in the construction site, as the result, frequent accidents happen.So it’s urgent to take measures to control the generation of workers' unsafe behavior in order to improve the security situation in the construction industry. This paper summarizes the research situation, concept, classification, characteristics and relevant theory of unsafe behavior, identifying and classifying the unsafe behavior of construction workers and putting forward the preventive measures. It also analyzes influence factors on unsafe behavior of construction workers including physiological factors, psychological factors, engineering construction site management, personal qualifications, environmental factors and safety incentive and establishes construction workers’ unsafe behavior evaluation system. Through the safety evaluation, countermeasures has been worked out finally to improve the level of safety management in the construction industry and safeguard the safety of construction workers.
