构建城市公益生态链新型模式枢纽型组织对民间组织培育研究

摘要十八大提出加强和创新社会管理，实现政府管理和基层民主有机结合。而枢纽型社会组织是联结政府、企业与民间组织三方关系，同时培育新的有创新性的民间组织，发现和支持有潜力的社会人才有效平台。本文采用理论研究与案例分析相结合的质性研究方法，在整合国内外关于民间组织以及枢纽型社会组织等相关研究资料基础上，以笔者在昆山爱德社会组织培育中心进的实习为契机，通过对昆山爱德社会组织培育中心培育模式的研究，探讨民间组织培育构建生态公益链的新途径，创新培育模式提供可借鉴思路，引发思考。研究得出，枢纽型社会组织对民间组织的培育管理推动了公益生态链的形成，案例分析表明枢纽型组织对民间组织的助力作用，同时枢纽型组织培育民间组织较之公益孵化器带来新启发，此种创新模式在构建城市公益生态链中值得进行推广，具有较强可复制性。23345

Abstract
The 18th Congress of China's Communist propose to strengthen and innovate the social organization management, as well as combine government and grassroots.The Pivotal organization is linked government, business and civil society organizations tripartite relationship , while fostering new innovative civil society organizations , have the potential to discover and support an effective platform for social talent . In this paper, theoretical research and case studies of qualitative research methods combining research on the integration of domestic and international non-governmental organizations as well as Pivotal organization based on such information , the Kunshan Amity NGO development center internship experience as an opportunity, the Kunshan Amity NGO development center cultivation pattern study to explore new ways to foster civil society organizations to build ecological chain of charity , foster innovation and provide reference pattern ideas, provoke thinking . Research results , the hub of social organizations of civil society organizations to foster management promotes the formation of public ecological chain , case studies show that the role of hub -based organizations to help civil society organizations , as well as Pivotal organization fostering civil society organizations than charity incubator to bring new inspiration , this innovative model worthy of promotion in the construction of urban public ecological chain, with strong replicability .
