摘要:消费者忠诚度对于企业提高利润具有重大作用,以客户为本是企业在竞争中生存与发展的基石,同时也是提高市场占有率,扩大市场份额的手段。注重品牌形象的建设问题是现代企业实现盈利目标的有效途径。本文以索尼品牌为例,对目前电子行业现状进行分析,同时综合各家文献介绍了消费者品牌忠诚度的含义、衡量标准及研究意义。通过对索尼品牌的介绍,并结合4C营销理论,进一步讨论提高消费者忠诚度对重塑索尼品牌的意义。笔者希望通过具体分析提高消费者忠诚度的措施和意义,以达到帮助企业意识到建立客户忠诚度的重要性的目的。特别是对于那些需要努力建立长期客户关系和正处于危机中的企业,希望他们有所启发,能够找到适合自己发展的道路。23967

The Research on customer loyalty of Sony
Abstract:Customer loyalty plays an important role in the increasing of enterprises profits. Being kind to customer is the foundation of enterprise’s survival and development in the competition environment, and it’s the most important way to improve and expand the company’s market share. Paying more attention to the construction of brand image is the main goal of the modern enterprise. We take SONY brand as example, and analyze the situation of the electronics industry at present, then we introduce the connotation of the consumer brand loyalty, measurement and studying significance after reading comprehensive literature. By introducing the SONY brand and using the 4 c marketing theory, we do a further study for the significant meaning that customer loyalty to the reshape of the SONY brand. By the analysis of the measures and significance to improve customer loyalty, I hope it will help enterprises to realize the importance of building customer loyalty, especially for these who want to build a long-term customer relationship or the enterprise which in the crisis, I hope the paper can inspire them to find a suitable way for their own development.
