摘 要近年来，旅游业飞速发展的同时，也迎来来自自然、经济、政治、军事、疾病、文化差异等各方面因危机而带来的冲击和挑战。虽然现在的社会和政府对各种危机事件有了一定的认识和一些解决措施，但是笔者认为旅游目的地危机管理还需形成有效完整的管理体系。本文以云南旅游目的地为案例，结合云南旅游危机事件，调查和探讨其危机管理现状、存在问题，并以此为线索，提出值得借鉴的应对措施。89167

Abstract With the rapid development of tourism industry in recent years, from the natural, economic, political, military, disease, cultural differences and other aspects of the crisis caused by the impact and challenges。Although the public and the government have a certain understanding of crisis and can take some fuzzy measures, the author believes that tourism destination crisis management needs to form an effective and complete management system。 This paper take  the tourism destination of Yunnan example, based on the tourism crisis that happened in Yunnan province to investigate and discuss the present situation of crisis management and the problem。 And take this as the clue, proposes the countermeasure which is worth using for reference
