摘 要我国早已进入老龄社会，老年人的社会福利需求是现阶段我国亟待解决的重要问题之一，尤其是老年人数占比较大的农村老人的福利问题更为严峻。近年来，农村老年协会广泛兴起，为农村老人的社会福利需求开辟了另一新路径，缓解了政府老年福利供给的压力。但其发展过程中也面临许多困境，不仅阻碍其健康发展，还影响其福利功能的发挥。

因此，本文在广泛吸取学者相关研究成果的基础和经验上,以福州市J村老年协会为个案，实证描述J村老年福利的现状，从组织内外两个方面分析阻碍老年协会发挥老年福利供给功能的因素，并提出相应的对策。89260
