摘要:现代企业竞争的核心已经从早期的效率竞争转为综合实力的竞争,而一个企业实力的核心资源是人才。因此加强人才建设日益成为企业发展的重点。人力资源是企业的重要战略资源而人力资本在企业众多的资本中处于重要的地位,而培训无疑是企业培养高素质员工并提高企业竞争力最关键的因素。目前越来越多的企业已意识到培训的重要性,并把培训列入了人力资源管理工作的议事日程。但是,由于中国企业的培训起步较晚,培训体系还不完善,企业内部存在着诸多问题。这些问题造成了培训效果不理想,未能发挥有效培训的重要作用。因此企业应该树立有效性培训重要性理念,注重培训需求分析,做好培训效果评估,提高培训质量和效果。24680
