摘要2014年12月30日，国家体育总局发布《体育总局关于推进体育赛事审批制度改革的若干意见》的文件，要求取消省市体育赛事审批权，此后全国各地类似于马拉松、毅行运动等赛事呈井喷式发展起来。杭州不仅成功举办了30届马拉松竞技赛事，也稳稳的举办了6届毅行公益性赛事。作为群众性大型赛事，社会各界都投入了巨大的关注力，本研究从对杭州市2016国际毅行大会参赛者满意度进行调查分析，从而为以后的赛事举办单位提供合理化建议以供参考。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对2016国际（杭州）毅行大会参赛者满意度进行研究，得出以下结论：

2016国际（杭州）毅行大会的参赛者的基本特征表现为：男女比例平衡，各年龄段都有大批参赛者；不仅只有杭州市本地居民，也吸引了一批境内非杭州市居民与境外居民的参加；参赛者学历的层次较大，其中高学历者较多；运动体验和兴趣爱好两个原因是参赛者参加毅行运动最集中的两个原因。而对赛事满意度方面，2016国际（杭州）毅行大会的参赛者对与赛前预期对比，对赛事实际提供的服务、赛事短信服务、赛事路线设置、赛事起终点标示及沿路指示牌设置、对赛事医疗卫生保障服务、赛事沿路补给站（饮用水、饮料）服务、赛事物资代管、对赛事现场活动氛围、赛事赛后休息区服务9个方面的满意度较高；对赛事信息发布（官方网站、热线电话）、赛事赛后休息区服务2个方面的满意度较中和；对赛事报名流程、赛事问询服务、对赛事现场流动卫生间服务3个方面的满意度较低。针对满意度较低的服务通过可通过广泛宣传报名信息、增加赛事志愿者数量、增加建设赛事现场流动卫生间数量等方式提高参赛者较不满意的服务项目。89511
