杭州大华饭店酒店专业实习大学生管理问题探讨

摘要酒店专业实习大学生管理问题是酒店热点关注的问题，如何管理才能更好留住高层次人才，以备酒店应对目前激烈的市场竞争。通过在自主事业单位性质杭州大华饭店实习的这段时间，发现饭店对专业实习生定位错误，人才储备生没有详细的管理规划等问题。针对发现的问题进行了探讨，访谈与问卷结合，酒店管理者以及实习生作为为访谈对象，在实习以及结束实习两层次的专业实习大学生为问卷对象，分析大华饭店专业实习大学生管理问题原因，寻求解决对策，以期优化杭州大华饭店对专业实习大学生的管理，也希望从分析大华饭店实习大学生管理的利弊，得到酒店优化实习大学生管理的对策。90080

Abstract the management problems of hotel professional students is a hot issue that hotel focused on, how to manage to better retain high-level talents, in order to prepare for the hotel to deal with current fierce market competition。 Through this period of practicing in Hangzhou Dahua Hotel with nature of independent institutions, I found the hotel positioning falsely for professional interns, talent reserve students do not have detailed management planning and other issues。 Discussing based on these problems, combined with interview and questionnaire, taking the hotel manager and intern as the interview object, and the professional college students who are on two levels of in practice and end practice as questionnaire object, analyzing the reasons for the management problems of the professional college students in Dahua Hotel, seeking solutions to optimize the management problems of Hangzhou Dahua hotel to professional college students, as well as hoping that getting the countermeasures of optimizing the management of internship students for hotel from analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the management of internship students in Dahua Hotel。
