摘 要：随着科学技术以及网络的发展使得负面事件传播速度快、影响范围大，这给旅游目的地形象的管理提出了巨大的难题。本文主要以山东发生的典型负面事件——青岛大虾事件，提出旅游地负面事件对旅游者决策产生的影响，以及负面事件对旅游者产生影响的基础上进行对策研究，提出自己的看法，主要宗旨在为景区发生类似事件提供理论依据。本文主要采用模型分析以及问卷调查的形式总结出人们对于此事件的看法和意见，根据数据得出一些结论。分析表明，旅游目的地负面事件对旅游者决策行为的影响显著。负面事件的网络传播会加速旅游者对于事发地的感知，从而加大对旅游者决策过程的影响。90649

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, and network makes travel faster negative events, large scope, it gave the management of the tourism destination image huge problems。This article mainly happened in shandong typical negative events - Qingdao prawns, puts forward the impact of negative events decision for tourists, tourist and negative events affect tourists on the basis of countermeasure research, proposed own view, mainly aim at provide theoretical basis for the scenic spot something similar happened。This paper mainly takes the form of model analysis and questionnaire survey, sums up the views and opinions of people for this event, some conclusions according to the data。Analysis shows that tourism destination negative events has significant effects on the decision-making behavior of the tourists。Negative events of network transmission will accelerate the tourists for perception of the incident, so as to increase the influence of the decision-making process to the tourists。
