摘要：在现代化的进程中，传统的居住方式转变成独门独户的模式，居住在同一个楼宇内的居民家庭相互间交流减少，甚至邻里之间互不相识，这种情况的普遍存在导致了社区内凝聚力不足，社区内一些需要社区共同协商解决的事情无法得到妥善解决。楼组是最贴近城市居民生活的组织，知晓居民生活的各个方面；在构建居民之间相互交流的桥梁方面有着重要的意义，能够将楼组内的居民聚集在一起，增强居民之间的联系，以方便政策向下的传达，社区事务的处理等。因此，关于如何做好城市社区治理中居民楼组建设的研究课题显得非常有必要。本文从共同体建构，结合地区发展理论，通过实证研究，对居民楼组建设比较好的X社区进行研究，总结提炼工作方法，最后从居民、楼组、社区三个层面提出了更好推进社区治理的建议，为进一步做好楼组建设工作提供了方法依据。73763

Abstract: In the process of modernization, the traditional way of living into a single family model。 Residents who living the same building are less likely to communicate with their neighbors, even don’t know。 The universal of this situation has led to insufficient cohesion within the community, and something that require community co-negotiation can’t be properly addressed。 The residents group that is closest to the life of the inhabitants, and knows all aspects of the life of the inhabitants。 It is great significance to build the bridges between the residents and to be able to bring together the residents in the building and enhance the links between the residents, To facilitate the policy down to cover and dealing with community affairs。 Therefore, it is necessary to study the residents group in urban community governance。 In this paper, from the community construction, combined with the theory of regional development, through empirical research, study the X community, generalized the work methods。 Finally, The researcher put forward a approach to promote community governance from the residents, residents group, community。 In order to further improve ability to form a resident group and provides a basis for the work。
