摘要：随着社会经济的发展，旅游业市场前景更为广阔，但始终存在着很大的岗位空缺。在行业需求与学校培养计划错位的大环境下，文章对国内外旅游专业人才培养的发展和研究现状进行分析总结，以本科高校的视角对专业社团与专业特色课程相结合的新的人才培养形式进行分析研究，后通过访谈和问卷调查法，以淮阴师范学院葡萄酒协会的实例总结高校社团对专业特色人才培养的成功经验和问题，从而提出建议，构建基于专业社团的高校特色人才培养模式，将成功经验进行总结分析，引起高校对人才培养模式以及课程改革的重视。通过专业社团这个平台，促进高校旅游专业学生对自身专业知识的深度理解和特色课程的学习，加强专业认同感，加深专业兴趣和职业选择意愿，减少对口人才流失，优化教育模式,培养基于OBE新型教育理念需求的三位一体的专业特色人才，做到学生真正意义上的自我和社会价值实现，进而为未来旅游酒店行业提供强大的人才储备，从而推动旅游产业的发展。94145
