摘要：随着我国社会的不断发展，社区的类型也逐渐多元化。“中国特色”的社区还处于“行政型”社区向“自治型”社区转型的过程中。而为了更好的更稳定的加快这种转变，为了促进“自治型”社区更好的管理与发展，提出了“社区治理创新”这一新的概念，这一概念是指通过法律条例来确定居委会可以通过政府财政、社区募集等渠道来获得用于社区治理的资金，并保障这些资金的合理和规范的运用；培育非营利性质的社区服务中介组织，依照法法律法规来使得这些组织的运行和管理方面逐步规范，为这些组织创造一个比较合适的有利于其发展的环境，在此基础上使得社区治理体制得到创新，使得治理方式能够得到转变。而本文从社区治理创新理论提出后居委会的转变来进行分析，梳理相关文献，结合相关案例来进行进一步的研究。94552
