资产荒背景下中小企业创新能力的阻滞因素分析

摘要：企业创新能力一直以来是企业可持续发展的保障。随着中国近阶段步入经济“新常态”，实体经济增速下滑，房地产、股市拓展迅速，缺乏优质的低风险高收益资产，资产荒因这一特征而受到社会的关注。本文基于资产荒背景，对中小企业的创新能力阻滞因素进行分析和探索，提出通过技术创新和管理创新两方面对中小企业建立创新能力影响因素评价指标，分析得出技术创新投入、技术创新产出、企业战略发展意识为主要创新能力影响因素。本文同时选取了柳林有限公司作为实证案例，将分析得出的影响因素融入公司发展，最终确定出了公司在运用中存在创新能力阻滞因素为研发资金投入低、技术人员占比低下、缺乏战略管理意识等，文章在最后针对分析得出的创新能力阻滞因素提出内部外部相结合的探索性意见为：创新使用技术路线图、建立优势联盟、实行科学激励、加大政府资金投入政策、完善企业信息渠道、提升知识产权管理，力图通过相应的对策让中小企业在创新发展中减缓甚至避免阻滞因素的影响，加快我国经济转型创新。
