摘要目前，精神健康卫生问题成为我国重要的公共卫生问题和突出的社会问题，精神康复工作成为社会的焦点。由于社会文化习惯和客观社会条件的制约，精神障碍患者基本上都是在精神病疗养院内或者精神病医院内去治疗和康复，同时，限于科学技术的发展，治疗手段的缺乏，目前，对精神疾病还难以进行非常有效和彻底的治疗。这些导致很多精神障碍患者长时间在精神病院接受治疗，滞留在那里。长时间的住在精神病院接受治疗不仅仅造成沉重的经济负担，医疗资源的紧张，社会资源的浪费，还使这些接受治疗的精神障碍患者一位长期与社会隔绝，脱离家庭，出现人格衰退，与社会脱节，出现继发残疾。从人类精神卫生服务历程和人类文明发展的历程看，精神疾病的治疗康复工作应该放在患者生活熟悉的社区，而不是应该在专门的医疗机构。医院康复向社区康复转移应该是今后精神疾病康复治疗工作的重点。而又因为精神障碍患者在其病发时，缺乏常人一般的判断能力、辨认能力和理解能力，对自己的行为不能正确的认知，有可能做出危害他人或有违社会规范的事情和行为。这些不仅仅给社会带来一些经济损失，也是社会大众对这一群体产生恐惧，觉得会危害他们的安全。加之社会公众对精神疾病知识的匮乏，人们对精神障碍患者的轻视或是歧视，其在社会上的处境堪忧，生活苦难。基于这些原因，精神障碍患者在社区康复的过程中也遇到许许多多的问题。
本文基于社会排斥理论视角下，采用观察法和个案访谈的方式，以南京天成艺术中心凤栖苑社区原生艺术工作室为研究对象，结合实例，对精神障碍患者社区康复展开研究。研究发现：疾病自身功能行的缺陷及由此引发的社会文化层面的社会排斥是精神障碍患者社区康复过程中遇到的最大问题。28716

Title    Based on The Social Exclusion of The Patients of Mental Disease—A case Study With Outsider Art Studio in Community Nanjing                   
Abstract
At present, mental health problems have become the important public health problem and the prominent social problems in Our Country, mental rehabilitation work become the focus of society.
As a result of the limitation of objective conditions and the formation of social habits.In the past work of patients with mental disease community rehavilitation.Patients with mental disease in our country most  treatment and rehabilitation in hospital or mental illness nursing homes.However, from the progess of the society and the development trend of medical and health setvices, patients with mental disease rehabilitation work mainly should be in the community,not be in the hospital.Long-term hospitalization in not only a waste of medical resoutces,increase social and family economic burden,also make the patients with mental disease treated out of the family,community,society for a long time,causing the patients with mental disease with subsequent disability.At present, the key to mental rehabilitation work in China is also gradually shifting from the hospital to the community rehabilitation.And because of Patients with mental disease in their onset,don’t have the normal identify ability,unserstanding ability,judgment,and even lost will,can’t correctly kown their own behavior,to hurt others or such as against social norms.This on the one hand caused a larger social resources loss,on the other hand also make the fear of other social groups.Along with social public to the less konwledge of mental illness,people sespise or discrimination in patients with mental disease,theie life are difficulties in the society,the situation is grim,make community regabilitation in patients with disease encountered problrms. 社会排斥视角下精神障碍患者社区康复:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_23674.html
