摘要：当前社会，企业集群在各国的经济建设中发挥着重要的作用，其中中小企业集群的作用尤为突出。中小企业集群存在的价格优势、渠道优势、促销优势等对产品的营销具有一定的现实意义。在分析中小企业集群的定义后，提出了企业集群存在的问题，例如政府职能管理不到位、集群成员分工协作意识较弱、中小企业集群管理缺乏系统性、产品结构不合理，基础设施不完善等。从而提出了加强政府职能建设、优化企业合作梯队、建立合理的激励机制、健全集群技术基础设施等。通过分析中小企业集群的涵义，以及中小企业集群发展面临的问题进而提出加强中小企业集群式发展的对策。29213

Abstract:Current Social, enterprise clusters play an important role in the economic development of countries, Which is particularly prominent role of SMES clusters. Small and medium-sized enterprises clusters own the existence of price advantage, channel, promotion of the product marketing has a certain practical significance. The article through the analysis of the definition of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, puts forward the serious problems of enterprise clusters, For example, management of government functions is not in place,members of the pision of labor consciousness weak, the lack of systematic management, product structure is not reasonable,infrastructure is imperfect and so on. So as to put forward strengthening the construction of the functions of government,the optimization of enterprise cooperation echelon, establishing incentive mechanism, improve the technical facilities and other measures. In this paper, by analyzing the meaning of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, and cluster development of small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the problem and strengthen the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprise development countermeasures were studied.

前言
社会主义市场经济的建立，使得产业集群的发展越来越壮大，其中国内相关企业的发展对于区域经济的发展产生了非常重要的影响。中小企业是国内外众多地区经济发展的新生力军，同时也是改革开放以来促进中国的经济持续增长的主要动力。中小企业集群发展能够集中各个企业的优势资源，从而带动整个区域经济链的发展，发展本来可能无法进行的工作；提高竞争力，抵御外来压力或者恶性的竞争；对于促进一个地区的经济发挥着巨大的作用，对国家整个的经济建设和战略发展也有着深远的影响，能够提升我国中小企业的国际竞争力，所以大力扶持中小企业集群发展尤为重要。然而，中小企业集群的发展并不是一帆风顺的，存在着许多问题比如其集群成员内部分工协作意识较弱、中小企业集群产品结构不合理以及中小企业集群技术基础结构设施不够完善等多种问题，严重的影响了企业的发展。因此，本文是在分析中小企业集群式营销发展存在的现状问题的基础上，得出了目前存在的一些问题。这需要从各方面着手加强中小企业集群式的发展，从而才能够进一步提升中小企业的发展潜力和更好地促进区域经济的发展。 中小企业集群发展的问题及策略:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_24352.html
