绿地集团现场施工项目监理现状及对策研究

摘要：自1988年我国在建设领域推行建设工程监理制度以来，工程监理引起全社会广泛关注和高度重视，在工程建设中发挥了重要作用，取得了显著成就。
新时期国民经济快速发展和工程建设管理体制深化改革对工程监理提出了更高要求。工程监理工作是所有工程项目进程中的必备要素，工程监理在促进、保证工程质量中发挥了重要作用，但由于我国建设施工工程监理行业起步较晚，在行业标准及自身建设等方面存在这样那样的问题。该研究基于绿地建设集团施工现场工程监理实践，分析了其中存在的相关问题，如相关制度和技术规范不健全，项目承建单位对项目管理不够重视，监理单位管理水平和监理人员业务素质参差不齐等，就相关实际案例介绍，并提出了对于总体制度和相关技术、项目承建单位现场施工的管理方式、监理单位自身管理和监理人员操作和执行方式的对策与建议。32833

Construction management problems and countermeasures of research for Greenland group
Abstract:Since 1988, our country in the field of construction implementation of construction supervision system, the engineering supervision caused the extensive concern of the whole society and attaches great importance to and play an important role in the engineering construction, has made remarkable achievements.
In the new era, the rapid development of national economy and the deepening reform of the management system of engineering construction have put forward higher requirements for the construction supervision.Engineering supervision is essential for all projects in the process, engineering supervision in promotion, to ensure the engineering quality play an important role in, but because of China's construction engineering supervision industry started relatively late, in the industry standard and its construction exist such problems. The research based on Greenland Construction Group construction engineering supervision practice, analyzes the some issues, such as related and technical specifications of the system is not perfect, the project construction units do not pay enough attention to the project management, supervision units to the level of management and supervision of personnel service quality varies not neat, relevant case introduction, and put forward the overall system and related technology, the project for the construction of units of the construction site management, and supervision units its management and supervision personnel operation and implementation countermeasures and suggestions.
