越轨青少年的同伴及其交往

摘要近年来，我国每年就有5万未成年人被判处刑罚，已有高达150万数量的未成年人正徘徊在犯罪的边缘。青少年在成长过程中，由于家庭、学校还有社会因素，导致青少年缺乏抵抗诱惑的能力，从而结交越轨同伴，走上越轨犯罪道路。本文主要对犯罪青少年交往的越轨同伴及其影响进行探讨研究，试图了解青少年在与越轨同伴交往过程中的危险因素。最后，在通过个案分析对比研究，得出，青少年走向犯罪的最主要的、最直接的因素就是越轨同伴的影响，与越轨同伴的联系会进一步加剧他们犯罪的行为，甚至使他们之间形成相对稳定的犯罪团伙。然而，青少年遇到越轨同伴不同，产生的越轨行为也各不相同；由于学校因素，青少年结交的越轨青少年所发生的越轨行为一般主要为聚众打架、抢劫，越轨同伴也多数为学校中的“小混混”；由于家庭因素，青少年与越轨同伴的越轨行为更加倾向于在社会中抢劫、打架，经常在网吧厮混玩耍；而由于社会因素，青少年及其同伴的越轨行为则更加严重，往往会沾染毒品，行凶抢劫。33726

Title Deviant adolescents companion and interaction— One of a Changchun district as an example
Abstract
In recent years, there are 50000 teenagers in our country sentencing to a punishment of minors for each a year, is up to 1.5 million the number of minors teetering on the edge of the crime.Teenagers in the process of growth, because of family, school and social factors that lead them to lack of the ability to resist temptation, so as to make deviant peers or took to the deviant path of crime.This article mainly discusses the crime youth and their deviant peers,and also wants to do some further study and find its influence, try to understand the risk factors in the process of teenagers and deviant peers’ interaction.Finally, through a comparative study on the case analysis, it is concluded that, the main and the most direct factor to youth get into crime is with deviant peers, is playing with deviant peers, and deviant peer connections can worsen their criminal behavior, even make them formed criminal gangs because the relatively stable. However, adolescents’ deviant behavior will be different due to different peers they have met. As the school factor, the deviant behavior of general mainly for organizing a mob to fight, rob, most deviant peers are in the school,most of student called them "punk";as the family factors, youth and deviant peer deviant behavior is more inclined to robbery, fighting in the society, mixing up in the net bar;due to social factors, teenagers and their companions deviant behavior is more serious, often with drugs, mugging.
