摘要:为了解汽车营销人员的工作压力与心理健康状况，采用工作压力源问卷与心理健康症状自评量表（SCL-90）对市北环路宏源精品汽车城13家4S店的162名汽车营销人员进行工作压力调查及心理健康调查。结果发现：汽车营销人员这一群体的工作压力水平普遍偏高;最主要的工作压力源是来自经济报酬压力;女性营销人员的工作家庭冲突的压力比男性大;男性营销人员的组织结构压力与经济报酬压力比女性大。汽车营销人员普遍拥有不同程度的心理健康问题;焦虑、抑郁、强迫症等症状表现突出;工作年限短的营销人员比工作年限长的营销人员心理健康状况差;低学历营销人员比高学历营销人员的心理健康状况差;工作压力的大小决定心理健康状况的程度。33753

Automobile marketing personnel's working pressure and the related research of mental health
Abstract:In order to understand the Automotive marketers’ work stress and mental health，this paper used the Job stressors questionnaire which written by Yang Zishuo and Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90) which written by Derogatis to survey 162 car marketing staffs work in thirteen 4S shops in city on the North Ring Road about their working pressure and psychological health. Results: On the one hand the level of work pressure of automobile marketers is generally high, the main source of work pressure is the pressure from economic returns, and the sources of work stress of different sex, different education, different work experience of automobile marketers is different. On the other hand, automotive marketers generally have varying degrees of mental health problems. Anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms is outstanding, different degree, different working-years in automobile marketers’ mental health appear significant difference. Working pressure and mental health of automotive marketers showed a significant correlation.

汽车营销人员的工作压力与心理健康的相关研究
中国经济正以势不可挡的态势迅猛崛起。据有关统计显示：2014年中国的GDP总量达到了空前的636463亿元。中国经济迅猛的发展态势，与各行各业的发展密切相关。以汽车行业为例,[1]根据中国汽车工业协会统计，2013年1月至11月份，全国汽车产量为1999万辆，汽车销量为1986万辆，与2013年产销情况对比同比增长14.3%和13.5%，增速也比同期加快9.8个百分点和9.5个百分点。[2]由此可以看出，我国的汽车行业正处于高速发展的状态。[3]而汽车行业的蓬勃发展也带动着一大批人从事相关工作。据中国汽车工业协会统计，2015年到2017年汽车营销人才的缺口将达80万人。而这一恐怖的数字也证明，中国的汽车行业正在以火箭般的速度向前发展。[4] 汽车营销人员的工作压力与心理健康的相关研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_31020.html
