通过研究国外关于教育培训机构的管理方案的基础上，结合中国国情进行归纳总结，通过对职业培训，IT培训、社会责任、政府在教育培训中扮演的角色等，为本研究的进一步开展提供了理论依据，分析了上海市现如今教育培训市场的现状和未来发展的趋势，通过系统的分析和专业的调查研究，规范培训市场的秩序。
