摘要：城市环境受害者近年来随着社会经济不断发展，环境问题日益突出的背景之下产生的。环境污染不仅伴随的是生态的破坏，资源的破坏，还产生了很多的环境受害者。在城市地区，污染现象并不比非城市地区好，与之对应的城市环境受害者数量也非常庞大，其分布面积十分广泛。在此背景之下，文护城市环境受害者的环境权益就成为了解决环境问题中不可或缺的一环。本文力图通过问卷调查，文献研究等方式，研究现阶段环境受害者的状况，并对可能存在的解决方案进行探讨，寻找出，能够合理妥善为解决环境受害者权益保护问题提供有价值的解决方案。最终得出，可以从个人，社会，行政，法律多个方面综合建立起保护环境受害者权益的机制。35333
