摘要：新生代农民工的身份认同不仅是回答他们“我是谁”、“我属于哪个阶层”这两个问题，更关系到了整个社会的和谐和可持续发展的程度。本研究通过对南京市新生代农民工进行调查，发现当下新生代农民工正处于身份认同的危机当中，生活在城市里但是身份却游离于市民和农民之间，这种边缘化和模糊化的自我身份感知和社会中各种因素息息相关。我们发现在社会性视角下，社会关系、社会氛围和社区参与等均在不同程度影响了他们对自我身份的认同，社会关系网络越偏向于次级群体、与城市居民的社会距离越低、社区参与程度越高，就越能认同自己的市民身份，反之则会出现身份认同模糊甚至仍偏向认同农民身份。最后本研究提出了一系列对策建议，不仅要提高新生代农民工自身的人力资本存量、帮助他们更好的融入社会，更要积极制造良好的社会氛围，进一步深化城乡二元体制改革，拉近城市居民与新生代农民工的社会距离，最终通过社会各界共同努力解决新生代农民工身份认同危机。37976

Research on the Influencing Factors of Self-identification of the Migrant Workers of the New Generation under the Social Perspective
Abstract: The issue of self-identification of the migrant workers of the new generation is not only to answer who they are, which class they belong to, but also it is related to the whole society harmonious and sustainable development. This study investigated the migrant workers of the new generation in Nanjing, found that the migrant workers of the new generation are now into the identity crisis, living in the city but the identity is free from the citizen and farmers, this marginalization and ambiguity of self-identity perception are so closely related with social factors. We found that in the social perspective, social relations, social ambience and community participation have affected their identity to varying degrees. The more social relations network tends to the secondary group, the lower social distance with the citizen, the higher degree of community participation, the more able to identify themselves are the citizen, otherwise they will appear identity fuzzy or even tend to agree with identify of farmers. At the end, this study presents a series of countermeasures and suggestions, not only to improve the new generation of the migrant workers’ own human capital stock, to help them better integrate into society, but also to actively create a good social atmosphere, and further deepen the urban and rural dual system reform, narrowing the citizen and the migrant workers of the new generation’ social distance, and ultimately through the community to work together to solve the migrant workers of the new generation identity issues.
