摘要:当今世界，随着科学技术和信息化水平的不断提高，经济全球化的不断发展，世界各国在第三产业领域的竞争日益激烈，尤其是在文化领域。各国都将文化产业的发展在经济发展中的地位提高到一个新的高度。本文通过对南京市特色文化产业发展基础和现状的研究，发现南京市特色文化产业在发展过程中存在的问题，并结合南京市自身的经济发展、政府政策等方面从统筹城乡发展、创新城市特色品牌、完善公共管理体系、优化投融资体系、优化人才配置等方面提出相关建议，从而促进南京市特色文化产业又好又快的发展。39898
